Every plant is covered from the moment it ships to 30 days after it arrives.
If it arrives dead — first 7 days
If your plant arrives dead or in a condition that makes it non-viable, we reship at no cost — no questions asked. Contact us within one week of delivery with photos.
If it doesn't make it to 30 days — days 8–30
Contact us and choose:
100% store credit — applied to a future order
We grow these plants. We share the risk with you.
What to Do If Your Plant Arrives Damaged
Document the condition with photos immediately upon unboxing.
Contact us within one week at austinpeppers.com/contact.
We'll arrange a reship or work out a resolution right away.
Standard Returns
Because we ship living plants, standard returns (sending the plant back) aren't possible. Our guarantee covers the scenarios where a plant doesn't survive — we'd rather make it right than ask you to ship back a dead pepper.
Our remedies are a free reship or store credit rather than a cash refund. There is nothing to send back and no restocking fee.
